Zion Lutheran Preschool's warm and dedicated teaching staff is beloved by both our children and parents alike!
All of our head teachers have earned college degrees or the equivalency, with the majority in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or Child Development. Many of our Teaching Assistants also have taken college coursework or earned their college degrees and all Assistants have high school diplomas. In fact, many of our teaching staff has come to work here after having their own children graduate from our programs!
Our staff are certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid and complete fire safety training annually. All of our staff participate in professional development workshops and trainings to enhance their work with children. They have all received Pennsylvania Police Background Checks, FBI clearances, and child abuse clearances.
Each weekday, our staff teaches in ten bustling classrooms, a music room and an activity room.
